I suppose if you are from Pittsburgh it would make sense that Pitbull would be spelled Pittbull. In any event a lot of folks looking for blue nose pittbulls spell pitbulls with two T's. No matter how you spell it, one t or two, blue nose pitbulls are being defined by their character and temperament. A dog like Bartender may look fierce, but don't let his looks fool you. He is very loving and would be happy to have anyone show him attention and loves to be petted. This is typical of most pittbulls. And although temperament may vary to the degree that an individual blue nose pitbull may respond to affection, the fact is most pitbulls and very friendly. Another spelling variation is Pitbull and Pit Bull. Many will argue the correct spelling is "Pit Bull". At least that is the way that most authoritative sources display it. I guessing that if you found this page because you, like many others spell Pit Bull with two T's you don't care if it is one world or two.
